After careers in teaching and counseling, as well as 18 successful years in the motion picture industry, Monty relocated to Coastal Carolina in 2006. Since then, in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, he has been a consultant/coach in web design, SEO, SMO, and Web 2.0 strategic marketing for many top producing companies along the Carolina Coast.
A die hard geek, Monty is our internet marketing guru and Web 2.0 expert. His passion for exploiting the power of the internet, combined with his intuitive insight into adapting to our ever-changing business climate, provides Coastal with a tremendous advantage when it comes to maximizing results for our clients, whether it be buyers, sellers, or investors.

Monty grew up as a child in the Hawaiian islands, so the laid back coastal lifestyle comes naturally, clearly revealed in his preference to cargo shorts & sandals as opposed to neckties. There is also a driven side to Monty as demonstrated by his many successful years in football as an outstanding player, and later as a highly regarded coach.

Originally from Massachusetts and then Rhode Island, Dave has lived in Brunswick County since 1996. Greeted by hurricanes Bertha and Fran, the New Englander wasn't deterred. The incredible beaches, extended summers and mild winters made his decision to stay an easy one.
Dave's wife Tiffney was born and raised in Calabash, North Carolina. They currently reside in the River Hill's community of Little River, South Carolina.
A broker since 2005, Dave has helped hundreds of clients to buy or sell homes, land and commercial property. Whether a million dollar beach home or a $30,000 starter, a 100 acre tract or a quarter acre lot, every client receives the same complete service from start to finish.
